Hello, I am looking for either a male or female to share a 2 bedroom appartement in the age range of 23-33 (preferably) and no children or couples.
-2 Bathrooms
-2nd Floor on a 2 Story Lowrise in the lovely and quiet Hintonburg Neighbourhood
-Dishwasher (However I don't use it as I prefer doing dishes by hand)
-Washer and Dryer in Unit.
-Pet Friendly (small dogs only) (I have a 3yrs old cat Max)
-Semi Furnished (Will be changing Futon and Loveseat for actual Couch, up for discussion)
-Tekksavvy Internet (no cap).
