Room needed in the Northwest Bronx (Riverdale/Van Cortland Park/Kingbridge Along Broadway/the 1 )
I am looking for a room available April 4th. I am a 30 year old male, college educated. My rent range is $300-500 a month... my absolute limit is $500. Ideally, the place includes either all utilities or at least heat and hot water. I am clean, respectful, a non-smoker/drug user and I am looking for the same in potential roommate(s). I look forward to hearing from people with a room offered only on or near Broadway in the Bronx (the 1 subway line).
